Open: From monday to saturday from 9:00 to 16:00 (Closed after 18:00), and all last sundays of month(free entrance) from 9:00 to 12:30 (Closed after 14:00).
Closed: All sundays, holidays and on 1 may, 11 june (Corpus Domini), 29 june (SS Pietro e Paolo)

Entire: 16 €
Reduced: 8 €, valid for boys from 6 and 18 age, students until 26 age (with certificate), priests, religious, pilgrimage upon submission of a request.

Info about Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana Included in the list by UNESCO as world heritage, Villa d'Este and 'an impressive concentration of fountains, nymphaea, caves and water games.
It is located in Tivoli in the province of Rome and can reached:
  • by car with the A24 motorway, exit tivoli
  • by train line Rome-Pescara, station Tivoli
  • or by bus line Cotral Rome-Tivoli (terminus of Rome: Stop meter Ponte Mammolo; stop Tivoli: Largo Nazioni Unite).

    Villa d'Este is open every days with following times:
    8.30-17 from November to January
    8:30 to 17:30 in February
    8:30 to 18:15 in March
    8:30 to 19:30 April
    8:30 to 19:45 from May to August
    8:30 to 19:15 September
    8:30 to 18:30 October
    Closed on 25 decembre, 1st january and 1st may

    Cost of the ticket: entire 8 € - reduced 4
    They are entitled to a reduction in EU citizens aged between 18 and 25 years and teachers responsible for an indefinite period.
    They come free EU citizens below 18 years and above 65 years.

    Also Villa Adriana is located in Tivoli, in Largo Marguerite Yourcenar, and it can be reached by:

  • from Rome with Metro B Ponte Mammolo stop and bus Co.Tral direction Via Prenestina, stop at 300 m. from the site, or bus Co.Tral direction Via Tiburtina, stop at 1 km from the site, or bus Co.Tral direction Tivoli / A24 motorway and stop about 1 km from the site;
  • or, again from Rome, train FS stop at Tivoli's station and bus line CAT number 4 and stop approximately 300 m from the site

    The archaeological site of Villa Adriana and 'open all regions at the following times:
    9-17 from January 2 to January 31
    9-18 from February 1 to February 29
    9-18.30 from March 1 last Saturday of March
    9-19 last Sunday in March to 30 April
    9-19.30 from 1 May to 31 August
    9-19 from September 1 to September 30
    9-18.30 from 1st October until the last Saturday of October
    9-17 from the last Sunday in October to 31 December
    It is closed on December 25, January 1 and May 1, except for special openings
    Ticket prices: Full 8,00 €, reduced 4.00 €, at the annual exhibition which takes place from April to October, the price becomes 11,00 € whole, 7.00 € reduced.
