For the 'Sunday at the museum', in force since 6 July of 2014, the first Sunday of the month the Colosseum and all the other museums and archaeological sites in the state of Rome will be free admission.

    Historical Museum of the Liberation
    Transformed today into a museum, it was originally the palace of Via Tasso which was used by the SS as a place of imprisonment and torture for many anti-fascists, many of them shot by the SS themselves.

    Canonica Museum
    It offers a collection of marbles, bronzes and artist Pietro Canonica sketches.

    A must for those interested in the theater and commedia dell'arte, houses a collection of books, documents and memorabilia related to theater.

    Museo Barraco
    with as many as 400 works distributed in nine rooms, it is a must to immerse themselves in Egyptian, Mesopotamian, Etruscan, Cypriot, Phoenician, Greek, Hellenistic, Roman and medieval.

    La Calle Grande - New Urban Dirty Art a Trastevere
    Until November 27, via Panfilo Castaldi, 20

    Collective exhibit dedicated to the world of street art and urban culture: stencil art, poster art, sticker art, upcycling, handicraft and the various forms of street art, find ZArt a way of expressing itself and exhibiting in one alternative space, unique in its kind, ready to welcome them like metropolitan.
    The aim is to observe the artistic ferments that emerge and flow into the subsoil, giving voice to the most innovative proposals that characterize the movement of international street art. The exhibition will remain until November 27, 2017, visitable by appointment.

    On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the I Belong campaign to end the celebration, this photographic photographer Greg Constantine will be taking part in the past 11 years to bring to the fore the stories of the stateless people all over the world.
    The exhibition reveals the impact of privacy on people and entire communities through images from Bangladesh, Nepal, Ukraine, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands and Serbia, telling what it means to live by no-one's citizens.

    Juan Zamora - ORA (bajo al cielo de la boca)

    First solo show in Italy of the Spanish artist, winner of the prestigious Fundación Princesa de Girona (FPdGi) Award of Artes y Letras in 2017.
    The ORA project (bajo alla sky de la boca) reinterprets in the poetic key the emergence of the first form of Homo Sapiens language, the primordial root of all contemporary languages, focusing its attention on the study of khoisan languages (still talked in some southwestern Africa) and their birth in relation to the imitation of the noise of the rhythmic dropping of water drops into prehistoric caves.

    Sacred Music Festival in the Celio Basilicas

    P. P. Pasolini - Lightweight boys as rags

    A new permanent space, unique and for the first time in Rome dedicated to the great writer Pasolini. Within the National Central Library.
    To accompany the permanent exhibition dedicated to the figure of Pasolini, the National Library of Rome hosts a photographic exhibition on the Roman townships taken from the Archives of Rodrigo Pais, kept at the University of Bologna, entitled The Photographer in the Borgo.
    Through 60 images, selected among the thousands of Pais, the photographic exhibition will illustrate the living conditions in the townships and barracks of an expanding and increasingly cemented Roma.

    On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the promulgation of racial laws in Italy, an exhibition on one of the darkest periods of Italian history (1938-1943), which will be told with photographs, posters, documents, newspapers, largely unpublished and original, about the entire national reality, coming from many private archives and collections.
