The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill can be visited on the same day as the Colosseum or the following day within 24 hours.
Last admission to the Colosseum is one hour before closing. If you choose the last time slot, you can visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill the following day.
The mandatory security check at the Colosseum can last 30 minutes or more.
